• All rates are in Indian Rupees.
• In case of local runs and airport transfers parking charges shall be extra.
• In case of local run duty of 4 hrs. / 40 kms. beyond 4 hrs 40 km Package will be charged as full day.
• All Mileage & detention will be charged from our garage to garage.
• The company reserves the right to change the tariff without any prior intimation.
• Service tax shall be charged extra as per rate prescribed by Government of India.
• Any other tax or levy introduced by Government of India on these services shall be charged extra as and when applicable.
• Fraction of hours & Kilometers will be charges as one.
• For payments made by credit card, a blank signed credit card imprint will be taken for full rental charges in advance. An additional blank signed credit card imprint will be taken in case the rental charges exceed the rental amount paid; prior to commencement of journey.
• In case of an accident / theft / damage, necessary formalities to be complied with by the renter such as lodging an FIR with the police, etc.
• All rentals are subject to terms & conditions in Rental Agreement.
• Night halt charges are 100%, if car returns after 2400 hrs. (midnight); however where the normal return time calculated is beyond 2400 hrs., the above charges will not apply.
• Driver charges are applicable, if the car travels beyond the city / corporation limits and on calendar day basis.
• Minimum charges are for 200 kms. per day for Indian car model and 250 Kms. for imported car model.
• All Inter-State permit fees, taxes are on daily basis, etc. will be charged at actual.
• In hill areas Air condition will not work.
• Any complain after the tour is completed will not be entertained. If you have any complain with the driver or vehicle it should be placed to the office immediately by phone/sms/email for proper action.
• All disputes are subject to Amritsar Jurisdiction.
